I’ve held numerous roles in the IT channel since 2009, starting as Dispatcher & Helpdesk support at a local MSP. This is where I found my passion for the interconnectivity between the tools we bring into our businesses, and how to best use them to support our clients needs.

4 years later, this passion took shape in my consultancy services where I spent an additional 4 years assisting other MSPs in maximizing their investment in their tool stacks, acting as virtual administrator, and providing holistic reporting solutions.

In 2017, I brought my knowledge and experience supporting all facets of an MSP’s organization to Auvik Networks, where I help strengthen partner relationships and drive value for their clients using Auvik’s network monitoring solution in conjunction with the rest of their core business software.

In 2021, the real Ashley Cooper had to stand up.
